About Dr Anshoo Dhelaria

Anshoo became the first female doctor from her community in Chennai (then Madras) in South India.

 

She moved to the UK in 2001 where she undertook her postgraduate training in paediatrics. Anshoo moved between various hospitals including Royal London Hospital and St. George’s Hospital in London and gained a wide range of experience in paediatrics and neonatal medicine.

She has a special interest in paediatric cardiology and in her NHS setting, performs initial cardiology assessments including ECG's and performing screening ECHOs for heart murmurs.
