All patient records will continue to be securely maintained. If you require a copy of your child’s records or if you wish your child’s / children’s medical records to be transferred to an alternative consultant, please email office@drianhayltd.co.uk  (emails may be auto-forwarded from this email address after 31st March 2026) clearly stating:

• Date of birth

• Your contact telephone number

• If you wish to transfer to an alternative consultant, please provide the Name and Email address of the Consultant

Following the closure of Dr Ian Hay Ltd to consultations on 31st March 2026, the company will remain the data controller for your personal information. i.e. Data is held by Dr Ian Hay Ltd.

If you choose to transfer care to Childhealthy Ltd and consult with their practitioners, including Dr Susie Gabbie and Dr John Ho, your data will automatically transfer to Childhealthy Ltd, who will then become the data controller. Both organisations are committed to processing your personal data in accordance with data protection laws.
